You can set it to warn or to block. Either way, expired and near-expiry batches are flagged at billing and listed in a report you can act on early.
Can it track schedule-H1 drugs?
Yes. Billinzo prompts for the prescriber and patient details on scheduled drugs and keeps the sale log required for inspection.
We supply medicines to a nearby clinic on credit. Is that supported?
Yes. Institutional and credit customers get their own price list, a running ledger, ageing, and monthly statements sent on WhatsApp or email.
Can I import my current stock with batches and expiry?
Yes. Our onboarding team imports your item master, batches, expiry dates and opening stock from Excel or your existing software at no charge on paid plans.
