These terms govern your use of Billinzo billing and point-of-sale software and the billinzo.com website. By creating an account or using the software you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details safe. You must give accurate business and tax information, including a valid GSTIN where you raise tax invoices.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Taxes apply as per Indian law. Plans renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Billinzo to raise false invoices, evade tax, or break any law. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
Billinzo is provided on a best-efforts basis. Because billing is local-first, short cloud outages do not stop you selling. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
