This policy explains what Billinzo collects, why, and your choices. It covers the billinzo.com website and the Billinzo software.
What we collect
- Account details — name, business name, phone, email, GSTIN.
- Business data you enter — items, customers, invoices, stock. This is yours; we process it to run the service.
- Usage and device data — log data to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To provide billing, sync, e-invoicing and support; to process payments; to send service messages; and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Where it is stored
On servers located in India, with encrypted daily backups. Business data is also stored on your own device for offline billing.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, SMS, payments), with the GST e-invoice portal when you generate an e-invoice, and where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data. Email privacy@billinzo.com.
Retention
We keep invoice and tax records for the period Indian law requires, then delete or anonymise them.
