Can I use Billinzo on a normal computer, or do I need special hardware?
Any Windows PC or Android tablet works. Add a barcode scanner and a 58mm/80mm thermal printer when you want them — both are plug-and-play.
Will it work during a power cut?
Yes. On a laptop or tablet you keep billing normally; every sale is stored locally and synced later. A small UPS keeps a desktop and printer running too.
I already have 2,000 items in an Excel file. Can you import them?
Yes, free on paid plans. Send us the sheet and our team loads items, barcodes, rates and opening stock before you go live.
Does it print MRP and my shop details on the bill?
Yes. The receipt header carries your shop name, address, GSTIN and UPI QR, and each line can show MRP, rate and savings.
