On your first paid subscription, if Billinzo is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of payment and we refund the plan fee in full.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel any time before a renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancel from your account or email hello@billinzo.com.
Add-on devices
Extra-device fees are pro-rated on your plan period and are not separately refundable once activated.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
